Coming up US Highway 1 from Vero Beach and South
From the juncture of US 1 and FL-510 (also known as the Wabasso Causeway), in 1.7 miles you will see a Publix market on the left side (west side) of US 1
Keep going North.
In exactly 1 mile on the right side(east side) of US 1 is a white wooden triangular sign that says: "Postive Change Health Center".
Turn into the driveway. This is not a plaza. It is set back in a grove of trees.
Coming down US Highway 1 from Melbourne and points North
Coming into Sebastian you will see the Sebastian River Medical Center on your right.
Keep going South on US 1: passing a Home Depot, a Wal-Mart and then a Best Western Hotel all on the right( west side) of US 1.
As you continue south you will get to an intersection with FL-512.
There is a Hess Gas Station on the Northeast Corner and Riverview Park on the Southeast Corner.
In exactly 2 miles on the left side (east side) is a lane to make a left turn and to cross over the highway (US 1).
Make this left turn and go directly into Positive Change Health Center.
You will see a white wooden triangular sign.

Coming from I-95
You will get off at the Sebastian/Fellsmere Exit
Turn East towards Sebastian.
In 4 miles there will be a Winn-Dixie on your right
Keep going East another 2.7 miles until you reach US Highway 1
(just after RR tracks)
Turn right(south) onto US 1
In exactly 2 miles on the left side (east side) is a lane to make a left turn and to cross over the highway (US 1).
Make this left turn and go directly into Positive Change Health Center.
