Our relationship with food has evolved into a declaration of war. I like to say to my clients that “the war is over!” You will learn to listen to the signals that your body is sending you and learn how to respond with appropriate and nourishing foods.

We will work with the 6 tastes in choosing foods: sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter and astringent. The combination of all 6 ensures that the body does not feel cheated of any one taste which leads to cravings and the eventual failure of traditional, restrictive diets.

Plus we get to change our diets three times a year, as eating with the seasons is emphasized.

Delicious, mouth-watering food satiates the senses, stimulates the digestive system to do its job and satisfies and nourishes us. We eat what we love and we love what we eat!
